💵Profit Share

Chainge offers vXCHNG token holders a unique profit-sharing model, which allows them to earn a share of the company's profits. This innovative approach aligns the users' interests with the platform's overall success, incentivizing long-term commitment and active participation in governance.

Profit sharing is calculated based on the company’s net profit, defined as revenue minus expenses. The company allocates 80% of its quarterly net profit to be distributed among vXCHNG token holders. The amount each user receives depends on the number of tokens they have staked and the duration of the staking period.

Calculation of Profit Share

The profit to be shared is distributed according to each staker's impact at the time of distribution. This impact is calculated based on the number of vXCHNG tokens held, obtained through staking XCHNG tokens for predefined periods. Here’s how the influence is determined:

• 6 months staking: 1:1 ratio of XCHNG to vXCHNG

• 1 year staking: 1:1.5 ratio

• 2 years staking: 1:3 ratio

• 4 years staking: 1:8 ratio

Assume a quarterly profit of $900,000.

If you staked 10,000 XCHNG for 6 months, you receive 10,000 vXCHNG, yielding a profit share of $100,000.

Conversely, if another user, Bob, stakes 10,000 XCHNG for 4 years, he receives 80,000 vXCHNG, yielding a profit share of $800,000.

Disbursement of Profits

Profits are disbursed quarterly and are calculated globally across all tokens. The actual distribution to users is done in five currencies: USDT, USDC, ETH, wBTC, and XCHNG, all on the Ethereum chain. The disbursement of profits begins from the second quarter of each fiscal year, starting April 1st. The exact date of distribution will follow the quarter in which the profits were generated and is contingent upon the final calculations by Chainge’s accounting department.

Claiming Profits

Once profits are distributed, vXCHNG holders must claim their share through the Chainge mobile app or the web app. It is important to note that to receive profits after the staking period ends, users should keep their tokens staked until the profits are disbursed. Tokens do not unstake automatically, giving users full control over when to unstake.
